## Gold Trading Workflow (XAUUSD)
Use this structured checklist:

### 1) Pre-trade setup
- Go to XAUUSD instrument: https://gocharting.com/terminal?ticker=OANDAMT:XAUUSD 
- Select 4h timeframe
- add a study "ATR - Average True Range"
- add a study "RSI", configure its upper band to 70 an its lower band to 30
- Propose to buy gold every time the RSI on 4H touches the lower band. Set the SL to the price = current_price - ATR_value


### 5) Common mistakes to avoid
- Trading without a stop-loss.
- Entering mid-range (no clear level/edge).
- Overtrading during high-impact news without a plan.
