Use `CronCreate` for workers that must survive session restarts:

### When to Use Cron vs Loop

- **`/loop`**: In-session, cache-aware, self-pacing. Use for active development.
- **CronCreate**: Persistent, survives restarts. Use for CI/monitoring.
